Aspire Chiropractic

Aspire opened in 2005 after Dr. Kress graduated from Palmer College in Iowa. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, she worked with children who have Autism while in undergraduate doing ABA, and then as an occupational therapist in the area of personal injury.

Dr. Kress strives to get to the root cause of all pain, sickness, and disease. Her patients are highly educated on how their body gets well and stays well. She provides corrective and wellness based care, as well as extremity adjusting when necessary.

Dr. Kress is also a certified Maximized Living Health Coach; focusing on weight loss, detoxification, and nutrition. She regularly hosts  Maximized Living Makeovers / or Total Food Makeovers in the community. Keep your eyes /ears open for the next event coming soon!
