Before chiropractic, I could not
sleep longer than 2 hrs at a time because of low back
pain. I also suffered with heart problems and acid reflux.
I was taking seven pills for my heart problems for a
year. Since I started with Dr. Brenda, I have stopped
all pills for the heart. I have taken acid reflux pills
for over 15 years and had no relief taking these pills.
After only twelve visits with Dr. Brenda, I have had
no problems with chest pain or acid reflux and I am
sleeping more than two hours at a time also!!
I am a professional power lifter. Prior to starting
care with Dr. Brenda, I would have nagging back pain
every time I would lift weights and became very irritable
and depressed about the inability to gain strength in
my low back. I tried muscle relaxers, stability balls,
physical therapy, and massage and these things did not
help. But with chiropractic and the specific care that
Dr. Brenda gives, I have no more pain when lifting weights,
I feel more balance when I compete, and I know I am
more flexible. I won my last contest with a 650lb. dead
lift after being stuck at lifting 620lbs for 3 years
due to a back that was not fully functional. Training
brings me joy again!!

I am a 51 year old woman, who has
been living with the diagnosis of COPD (chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease) for the last 11 years. My pulmonary
doctor says my only option is to have bilateral lung
transplants, flu immunizations, and medicine to alleviate
the symptoms. She says I will never get any better;
this disease can only get worse and worse. I am on supplemental
oxygen 24/7. Beyond that major concern I have had a
frozen shoulder for almost a year. I have a body full
of pain, no energy, little or no ability to exercise
or do anything as simple as walk a block.
Four months ago, I met Dr. Brenda
Kress at Pathways. She was giving a lecture on the central
nervous system and healing. I listened and agreed with
her. I knew she was someone I should have as a major
part of my healing circle. I set up an appointment right
away. I went for an initial consultation and films.
I learned more about my central nervous system and Dr.
Brenda’s holistic approach to health. She was
so patient and encouraging. She could see me well and
in complete health, a vision I could no longer see for
myself, a vision my pulmonary doctor had never seen.
I felt a little reluctant to start my healing program.
My body was in such pain, my shoulder unable to move,
I didn’t know if I could lay down on Dr. Brenda’s
table, it was a long drive from home to her office.
With much support and encouragement from Dr. Brenda
I decided to partner with her for my care and healing.
She gave me hope where I had none.
I have been seeing Dr. Brenda 3x
a week. I have almost complete movement back
in my shoulder, from 25% to 90% movement. I have no
more chronic pain in my body. I have no chronic headaches.
I am no longer scared and depressed. I am able to exercise.
I am full of energy. I KNOW I will be able
to achieve complete healing and rejuvenation. I believe
with more time I will be able to live my life free of
supplemental oxygen.
The results I have received so
far see miraculous to me. Dr. Brenda is an amazing chiropractor.
She really aspires to heal the sick and have all people
live an optimum life. She cares for me and my family.
She reaches out to the community to share her knowledge.
I don’t have the words to share the gratitude
my heart feels for Dr. Brenda. She is simply amazing!
When I’m at Dr. Brenda’s
office I love running into people that I’ve known
from Pathways. I can se that they are thriving with
her care. I can see the health returning in the glow
of their skin, the shine in their eyes and the energy
in their posture.
Now that I have the power turned
on in my body, Dr. Brenda is leading and teaching me
about the next phase of healing. This is a lifelong
process of proper care for my body. Dr. Brenda is really
dedicated to holistic preventative treatment. She has
empowered me to accomplish goals I could not even believe
in. She is truly aspiring.

Utah Mountains
Dear Dr Brenda Kress,
I am writing to Thank You for giving me my life
back.
Today, I am in Culture / Life Shock.....I have
no pain and I
am loving Christmas in Utah Mountains with my family.
In June, 2005, you came and greeted me on my porch.
You said that a Higher Power had sent you to me.
Since May 1999 ( 6 1/2 Yrs Ago ), I had been in
living in pain,
unable to live a normal life. I had been approved for
a surgically
implanted pain pump. The pain medications had taken
away my emotional capacity to relate to others. Today,
this pain is "Kaput".
Only the MS is keeping me from walking steadily,
with no energy.
Together, you and I, will improve this in 2006.
My Christmas wish is to volunteer in Education
and be as productive as I was in my "previous life",
6 1/2 Yrs ago. "The Power Is On".
